1. A view eastward from the top of the Sieggesaule along the street 17 Juni Strasse. At the end of the Tiergarten, the street meets the famous Brandenburger Tor (gate) 5. Not far from the Sieggesaule, a short distance to the northern edge of the Tiergarten, I found the Schloss Bellevue castle, which is the residence of the President of Germany
2. A view to the SSE direction from the Sieggesaule toward the aforementioned Sony Center. This view was zoomed considerably. 6. A bridge then takes you across the Spree river. Notice once more a golden adornment at the top of the bridge-post. There are two posts on each side of the bridge.
3. A view to the ENE direction from the Sieggesaule toward the aforementioned Bundeskanzleramt (Federal Chancellery) and Spree River. This view was zoomed considerably. 7. The unusual office building "Moabiter Werder" is close to the bridge I had just crossed.
4. A view to the West of Sieggesaule 8. An artist's drawing of the aerial design of the "Moabiter Werder." I took an evening train back to Hamburg, then awoke in time for the 9:00 a.m. flight back to the United States.
