Reservations Errors
On a rare occasion, when you click to purchase travel, you might get our error screen. There could be too many people trying to book at the exact same time. Or, your own internet provider may not be consistently allowing enough data to pass due to their own issues. Most of the time, this will mean no airline reservation has been created. We apologize for the issue.
If you receive a confirmation email, within 15 minutes, then of course your reservation has gone been established. If you don't receive that, you can email us at to double-check or you can call your credit card company to see if they show a pending authorization for a charge.
Also, if you are impatient, you can simply try a second time to place the reservation, then email us at to make sure you are not double-booked.
