Emergencies, such as booking the wrong flights, dates, or names: Please call us 619-435-2147 on Monday-Thursday from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm Eastern Time (8-7 PT) or Friday/Saturday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm ET (8-5 PT) (major holidays excepted). There are no Sunday hours.
Note on Cancelations: If you are canceling during the weekend outside our business hours, for a Monday flight, make sure the airline itself cancels you or notes in your record that you called asking to cancel (but remember, a few flights are nonchangeable and nonrefundable so if you have one of those, you would lose the value of your ticket). The airline should be able to read the "fare basis" in your reservation to tell you their terms. Be advised the longest hold times are Monday mornings until 5 pm ET (2 pm PT). Before calling, please print out, save, or write down any information that is important, such as the reference code for your reservation.
