For any airfare reservations booked prior to 9/20/2011, please
call 858-634-5550 or send email to customerservice@travelerhelpdesk.com to reach our old travel fulfillment partner for any assistance you require. For all other bookings, use the guide below: For Everyone Else... Please Contact Us: Except for urgent cancelations or fixes of flights, please use email for all communication, since hold times will be longer than usual for the next few months. "URGENT" means either: (1) you just booked the flight today or yesterday and need it fixed before its finalized, or (2) your flight leaves in just a few hours and you need to cancel or fix it. Other cancelations/fixes should be handled via email. Even for the true emergencies, however, please also email your request before calling. Then call the phone in the "Emergencies" paragraph below. Email: Send your request with information on what you need help, phone number(s) and times to call you (since we may need to reach you). Please provide any reference code or reservation number you may have as well as the exactly correct spellings of each passenger's name. Our email is .Emergencies, such as booking the wrong flights, dates, or names: Please call us 435-216-3906 on Monday-Friday from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm Eastern Time (8:30-5:30 PT) or Saturday 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm ET (10-4 PT) (major holidays excepted). There are no Sunday hours other than email coverage. Remember, non-emergencies should be handled by email only, so the phone hold times can be kept down. Please read the rest of the information below before calling. Be advised the longest hold times are Monday mornings until 5 pm ET (2 pm PT). Before calling, please print out, save, or write down any information that is important, such as the reference code for your reservation. Last Second Cancelations: If you are canceling at the last second before your flight, outside our business hours, then we are not able to cancel the reservation ourselves. The airline needs to cancel it no matter the class of ticket, or else there will be no chance for refund or credit toward a future flight. Therefore in that case tell the airline our agency is closed so they need to cancel the flights for you. Tell them you understand that some fares are nonrefundable and others are not. Ask them to read to you the terms and conditions of the "fare basis" code of your reservation. |
